Police Activities League

The Citrus Heights Police Activities League (CHPAL) is a nonprofit organization focused on creating positive relationships between the youth in our community and the officers in our police department for all ages. CHPAL has several after-school programs, including the Explorer Program for young men and women between the ages of 14 and 20 years old who are interested in law enforcement and the Criminal Justice field.
