The Stop Tobacco Access to Kids Enforcement and the Citrus Heights Police Department have teamed up to sponsor this SK8 design contest. Just download a template and use your creativity to design a deck with an anti-vaping or anti-smoking theme. Your original artwork could win you your own skate deck with your custom design.
